Individuals must present a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or other acceptable form of federal identification to access FTB services. Individuals who present state-issued identification that is not REAL ID compliant and who do not have another acceptable alternative (i.e. a passport) can expect to face delays, additional security screening, and the possibility of not being able to access our services.
